The
Quarantine Veterinary Health Plan policy covers on-site
treatment during the set Quarantine period. Pre-existing
problems or hereditary conditions will NOT be covered.
Chingford Kennels reserve the right
to refuse entry into our Quarantine premises to any
animal with on-going Veterinary problems :
• Carrying a Contagious
Disease
• Forms of Infection
• Hereditary Illness
A full detailed Veterinary History is required before
confirming your pet can do their Quarantine period at
our Kennels. Administering pre-existing Medication during
the quarantine period will require written consent from
the owner and authorisation from the Quarantine Veterinary
Inspectors prior to arrival.
Vaccination Certification is required prior to your
pets arrival in quarantine. If certification is not
produced within the first 72 hours of entering quarantine
vaccination will be administered and charged to the
owners.
The Quarantine Veterinary Health Policy does not cover
problems relating to pregnancy, whelping, neutering
(spay or castration), dental treatment or grooming.
All costs will be borne by the owner.
Parasite treatment will be administered during the quarantine
period regularly.
In any emergency we will act in the best interest of
your pet, should we be unable to contact you or your
representative. |
