Placing
Your Pet In Quarantine ?

1.
The company will not undertake to quarantine any animal
until the signed ‘Agreement’
is received together with your initial deposit.
2. After your deposit is received,
should you decide to cancel we will be obliged to deduct
any
expenses incurred plus a minimum of one months fees.
3. Our Carrying Agent’s
fee is based on our being given full arrival details
at least 7 days in
advance and for collection during normal office hours.
We reserve the right to debit additional expenses incurred
if these conditions are not met, including any waiting
time at the collection point. 4.
All pets will receive the following vaccinations on
arrival unless certificates showing these
have been carried out within 6 months are received prior
to arrival. Dogs : Distemper,
Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvo-virus & Kennel Cough.
Cats : Feline Enteritis & Cat Flu.
Whenever possible your pet should have completed a full
course of the above vaccinations at
least 10 days before arrival. 5.
All pets will be included in our ‘Veterinary Health
Plan’. This covers all necessary treatment at
our Chingford premises only. Pre-existing conditions
are not covered, neither are treatments needing to be
carried out off the premises.
6. Unless we receive notice in writing,
all traveling boxes will be destroyed after two weeks.
Should you wish us to store your pets box the charge
overleaf will apply.
7 . After your pet's arrival invoices
are rendered monthly in advance and are due for payment
on
receipt. Outstanding accounts will be surcharged.
8. If payment of the account
falls into arrears the company shall be at liberty to
dispose of the
animal without any further notice to its owner, other
than one demand sent by recorded delivery to the last
known address of the owner or representative. Under
no circumstances will any pet be released unless full
payment has been received. If paying by cheque, fifteen
days should be allowed for the cheque to be cleared.
9. All charges are subject to
change without notice. 10.
Prices for daily boarding are based on 6 months’
occupancy. Charges for short term stays are
charged at 20% above the rate shown. Two months a fee
in lieu of notice is required prior to Transfers or
Re-Export. 11. You may
visit your pet 3 days after the rabies vaccination has
been given during the times
shown below. On arrival you must report to the office,
where you must record your full name and address. Your
comments after your visit are most welcome. During your
visit you will be locked into your pets kennel, a whistle
is available for summoning help in cases of emergency.
You must not make contact with any other pet and bags
or holdalls are not permitted within the quarantine
area. We reserve the right to suspend visiting in cases
of a breach of the above DEFRA rules. 12.
Visiting times are :
Monday 5.00pm – 7.00pm
Tuesday to Friday 3.00pm – 5.00pm
Saturday 12.00 noon – 4.00pm
(There is no visiting on SUNDAYS or BANK HOLIDAYS) |
